Valve for refrigerant gases TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: • Design with dual inlet connections, one for liquid phase and the other for gas phase. 552 Valve for refrigerant gases About this valve The Müller type 552 refrigerant valve for industrial use offers a new innovative design. It is a small and compact solution with multiple characteristics. The valve can be provided with one or two outlets for either gas or liquid phase, the consumption of which is operated by the handwheels. The handwheel can be designed to allow the valve to fit under a DIN protection guard. Handwheel colour and logo can be supplied as per customer request. The valve is manufactured on state-of-the-art machinery, and the quality is monitored throughout the entire process. The valve is subjected to a 100% functional test on the assembly line ensuring a safe and reliable high-quality product.

618 VIPR - Oxygen About this valve The Müller type 618 industrial VIPR sets new standards with its new innovative design. It is equipped with a two stage regulating unit including safety valve and RPV function. The regulating unit has a patented balanced system allowing you to change the flow settings by applying a constant torque. Pressure gauge and flow meter are incorporated into the main valve body for better protection. For easy maintenance of the regulating unit, the main valve can be shut off and the complete unit can be replaced without further disassembly.

About this valve The Müller Bi-directional Pressure Reduction Valve type 616 for industrial use offers a new innovative design for single cylinder applications. The valve is provided with a regulating unit, safety valve and RPV function, and it is approved for 300 bar Inert and Oxygen service. You fill 300 bar via a special fill connecter and you consume through the same port. The possibility to fill 300 bar through the 200 bar outlet connection and take out 70 bar at the same port using your existing regulator gives a unique cost saving opportunity, and you can upgrade your 200 bar cylinders to 300 bar without complications for your customers. A 300 bar active Indicator class 2.5 shows the cylinder contents at all times. The valve can fit into an existing guard with easy accessibility to the outlet/fill port and indicator as well as the hand wheel. Burst disc can be provided as option.

About this automatic change-over device The device can operate 2 gas cylinders at the same time. One cylinder is the operating cylinder, being used until the remaining pressure in the operating cylinder sinks below a defined pressure. Now the reserve cylinder is used. You have to close the empty cylinder by switching the knob to the reserve cylinder which is now the operating cylinder. You can change the empty cylinder and add a full cylinder. The benefit of this is that you have a constant gas supply and can change the empty cylinder during the use of gas.

About this regulator Regulator combination type MGE 554/859. The regulator combination type MGE 554/859 is a combination of a regulator of 1st stage and a regulator of 2nd stage for LPG which reduces the non-regulated pressure of the pressure receptacle to a fixed outlet pressure. The regulator of 1st stage is equipped with an overpressure shut-off valve (OPSO) and the regulator of 2nd stage is equipped with safety relief valve (PRV).

At an inadmissible rise of the outlet pressure of the regulator the activation pressure of the over pressure shut off valve (OPSO) is reached and the over-pressure shut-off valve will close by itself and block the gas flow before the regulator. Should an additional pressure rise occur e.g. through a not complete closing of the over-pressure shut-off valve the relief valve (PRV) will automatically release a limited gas flow to the atmosphere after obtaining the fixed activation pressure. Please notice! At an equivalent inlet pressure, capacities of up to 125 kg/h will be achievable.
