LET IT SHINE REGIS GALA
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES SUPPORT & CELEBRATE REGIS STUDENT SCHOLARS
Dear Friends, It’s hard to believe that the Let It Shine Regis Gala is now in its seventh year! We have raised about $4.5 million for student scholarships over the past six years and the funding has made a difference in the lives of so many of our students who rely on this support to pursue their dreams. I am proud to be honoring an incredible woman who has dedicated her life to science and research and to ensuring the safety of others. The rising cost of higher education all over the country, coupled with the incredible need for nurses and scientists in the Greater Boston area and beyond, makes our mission at Regis crystal clear—we must ensure that we have the funding to recruit a talented and diverse student population. As a university primarily focused on educating nurses and health professionals, our fundraising success translates directly to a stronger health care workforce that will make a real difference in the world—and Dr. Courtney Horvath ’06 is the perfect Shining Example of that. Empowering Regis women, especially in the sciences, is something that remains a priority for Regis as we look toward the future. I hope you will join us on October 27 at the Four Seasons, and please give as generously as you can to help our students shine. Your support now will have a lifelong impact on so many of our scholars. Antoinette M. Hays, PhD, RN President
