Regency employees participate in an annual review process to receive performance and career development feedback. For the 2018 performance review period, 100% of eligible employees received a performance review. In addition to annual reviews, we focus on leadership and interpersonal skills training in order to give our employees the tools and skills needed to live our values and ensure the best workplace possible.
