Andre manages 142 properties, totaling over 17 million square feet, in the Southeast US. He also assists with regional development, acquisitions, and dispositions. Andre joined Regency in 2005 as a Leasing Agent in Palm Beach, FL, transferred to Raleigh, NC in 2006, and became Vice President in Atlanta in 2008.
Mike oversees leasing, development, operations, and asset management for Florida shopping centers. With nearly 40 years of real estate and retail experience, he joined Regency in 2000 as Vice President of the Tampa Region, became Senior Vice President of the Southeast Region in 2008, and Senior Market Officer in 2009.
Patrick manages the leasing teams in the Jacksonville and Boca Raton offices, overseeing 5.2 million square feet along Florida’s east coast from Jacksonville to Aventura. Joining Regency in 2005 as a Leasing Agent, he completed over 800 transactions. Promoted to VP –Market Officer in 2017, he became SVP – Senior Market Officer in 2023.

Before assuming this role in August 2019, Mike served as Managing Director of Finance since February 2017. From January 2013 to January 2017, Mike served as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets. Before that, he served as Vice President of Capital Markets and JV Portfolio Management from December 2004 to December 2012.
Alan oversees operations strategy and processes for our 400+ shopping centers, totaling approximately 54M SF, and manages our East region. He advanced from Mid-Atlantic Vice President and Regional Officer in 2002 to Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Sr. Vice President in 2006, Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Managing Director in 2016, and East Region Sr. Managing Director in 2020.
Nick oversees national investment and development strategy and manages our West and Central regions. Joining Regency in 2005 as Manager of Investments for the Upper Midwest, he progressed to Vice President of Investments in 2007, Vice President, Regional Officer in 2008, and Senior Vice President, Senior Market Officer in 2014. In 2016, he became Managing Director overseeing Florida and the Midwest, and in 2020, Senior Managing Director of the West Region.

Since joining Regency in 2002, Chris has developed over 2 million square feet of grocery-anchored projects from Washington, DC, to Miami. He started in DC, moved to Raleigh to launch Regency’s Carolinas development, and now oversees the entire Southeast.
Seth leads Regency’s investment strategy in Florida, focused on the origination and execution of new development and redevelopment projects. Prior to joining Regency, Seth was the EVP of Real Estate and Development for Concept Companies, where he led initiatives across the retail and education sectors, overseeing site selection, entitlements, and project delivery.
Kyle leads Regency’s development in North, Central, and Southwest Florida. He sources and manages investments and assists with redevelopments in the existing Florida portfolio. Previously, he was a Development Manager at a Tampa retail development and consulting company.
