Please provide the following to include in your ad:
Business Logo, Photos or any images to include in ad.
Business Description - such as products or services offered, specials, discounts. Please do not include coupons that need to be clipped - use a “Mention this ad....” or “Show room key to get special offer...”.
Contact Information such as business address, phone number with area code, website address, social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.

Preferred file types: High resolution .pdf, .tif, .eps, .psd, .ai
Programs: InDesign CC, Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, Adobe Acrobat
Please provide digital images. Scan color images and black & white photos at 300 dpi, line art at 600 dpi, all images should be scanned at 100% of final size
Include all TIFF and/or EPS files, all Fonts or convert fonts to outlines.
Ads created in Freehand, Pagemaker, Corel Draw and Window-based tools are not compatible with our system. We can attempt to make conversions but cannot guarantee results.
Please Note: All ad sizes shown are 20% of actual printed size. A ¾” margin must be left on all four sides to allow for headers, page numbers and drill holes.
