7.SellerObligations:InconsiderationofBroker’sobligations,Selleragreesto:
(a)CooperatewithBrokerincarryingoutthepurposeofthisAgreement,includingreferringimmediatelyto
BrokerallinquiriesregardingtheProperty’stransfer,whetherbypurchaseoranyothermeansoftransfer.
(b)RecognizeBrokermaybesubjecttoadditionalMLSobligationsandpotentialpenaltiesforfailuretocomply

(c)ProvideBrokerwithkeystothePropertyandmakethePropertyavailableforBrokertoshowduring

clausewillsurviveBroker’sperformanceandthetransferoftitle.
