Our Prayer Shawl Ministry once again invites everyone to knit or crochet hats and scarves for those in need Last year, thanks to your generosity, we created and distributed more than 120 handmade items during the Lutheran Community Food Ministry Holiday Meals Let’s keep this beautiful tradition going! Guidelines:

Hats and scarves may be any pattern you enjoy. Scarves should be at least 60 inches long Superwash yarn is preferred for easy care. Contribute as many items as you like!

Completed items may be placed in the Fall 2025 Challenge Box in Room 119, where you’ll also find yarn available in plastic containers. Interested in making a prayer shawl? We have yarn and pattern ideas ready for you. And if you’d like to learn how to knit or crochet, let Pat know we’d love to gather and teach anyone eager to learn these sacred crafts For questions or pattern inspiration, contact Pat Cornwell at jpcorn90@gmail.com.

Let’s share warmth and love with those who rely on our Food Ministry this holiday season! ❤
