Becoming a

Realty Executives Luxury Agent Selling luxury real estate takes experience, expertise, and marketing skills that are quite different from typical residential sales. To offer the best resources and tools available, we have partnered with the top luxury training service, the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Through this partnership, you will be able to grow your luxury business while gaining exclusive access to the Institute’s member tools and resources, including Realty Executives Collection logos and yard signage.


Step One

Join the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing To join, you must complete the Institute's luxury training, virtually or in person. Training starts at $450 and includes the first year of membership. Membership renewal is $250 (current rate, subject to change).

To view training options, visit: LuxuryHomeMarketing.com Upon completion of the initial luxury training, you will have access to the Realty Executives Collection logos and collateral within the Institute's portal.

Step Two

Earn the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation *highly recommended, but not required

Meet the CLHMS application sales requirements Within ANY 24 month period, close 3 transactions at or above the luxury threshold price in the market area (top 10% of the market area- county). Tools are available through the Institute's portal to easily determine the luxury threshold. The property must be residential (no land, commercial or multi-family). Each transaction must be a unique address- an agent does not get credit for 2 transactions by working the buy and sell side of the property. You may be buyer, seller, or co-agent in the transaction.

Submit the CLHMS application with supporting documentation This can be a “sold” MLS listing sheet with agent details or a HUD Settlement Statement with the Commission Disbursement Acknowledgement.

Upon approval, you receive the CLHMS designation *Designation trademark and logo provided as long as membership remains active. Earning the CLHMS designation is not required to access the Realty Executives Collection materials.


Using the Realty Executives Collection Logo Realty Executives Collection builds on a brand identity representative of quality and excellence. The marks stand for the highest producing, most professional Executives under one brand. The strength of our brand within the marketplace is directly correlated to our level of brand awareness. Brand awareness is built through our marketplace by having repeated exposure, but that exposure must be consistent across multiple touch points for it to make an impression. Therefore, it is essential that Executives using the Realty Executives Collection logo avoid making alterations to the design.

Compliance Alterations In some markets, it may be required to display the brokerage name on signage and advertisements. The brokerage name should be placed below the logo. The font used is Open Sans Regular. Please use blue, grey, or white for the text. Alteration of the logo is not permitted in any manner.

Disclaimers & Logos Should additional disclaimers and logos be required for compliance, they should be placed in an area on the marketing collateral that does not alter the Realty Executives Collection logo.
