• Order sign installation and removal at your request
• Order A-boards, yard arms, directionals and solds at your request
• Broker Care will not be able to activate your listing or make listing changes without the signed by Seller and broker required listing paperwork.
• New Property Listing Input for NWMLS (local feed) and Connect/DASH
• Upload listing documents to NWMLS/Connect and review for signatures, initials, check boxes, and dates
• Upload visuals such as property photos, property videos, matterports, etc. to NWMLS and Connect
• Quality Control: check listing syndication and trouble shoot if there are issues
• Open house host help/request by sending out email to those who opt in to assist
• Assist with status changes in NWMLS/Connect with exception of pending, contingent or sold which is done by our Transaction Coordinator
• Transaction Docs: Once the transaction page in Connect is lled out and saved by the broker (Required by Broker Only, your Broker Care cannot ll out for you), then your Broker Care can assist in uploading your transaction docs
• Assist with updates and optimization for brokers online pro les on rsir.com, sothebysrealty.com, and more
• ActivePipe: Assist with email templated marketing
• ActivePipe: Upload bulk database onto system
• AMP Marketing: Facilitate brokers with assets
• Xpressdocs & Design Vault: Assist with templates brochures, postcards and stationary
• Upload videos to e-brochures
• MPresent: Assist with data input and presentation preparation
• Assist with binding reports, printing documents, feature cards or gathering marketing collateral for pick up
• Direct/facilitate brokers on company marketing opportunities and tools
• Create property yard arm yers by template, feature sheets, and silent talkers
• Book meeting rooms for client meetings and o ce calendar management
• Training for use of meeting room tools, including Zoom, o ce computers/presentation screens
• Gathering assets for new listings (magazines, video e-players, cover binds, folders)
• Set-up computer to print
• Assist with adding RSIR email to your computer and phone
• Provide instructions and assistance for setting up Email signature to RSIR email
• RSIR/o ce news and updates, as needed
• Floor time availability and management
• Manage o ce phones, including incoming calls and direct to requested brokers
• Communication with all RSIR teams: If you don’t know who to contact for di erent needs, ask your Broker Care coordinator to connect you with the right person
