California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) recently listed real estate as an essential business.

C.A.R. has also implemented COVID-19 Addendums including the CORONAVIRUS PROPERTY ENTRY ADVISORY AND DECLARATION (PEAD) and the CORONAVIRUS ADDENDUM/AMENDMENT (CVA). These additions are now for ALL California transactions. The CVA is included with California Residential Listing Agreements and will need to be signed by sellers. The PEAD is for showing homes during the Pandemic and is to be signed by sellers, potential buyers, and any involved agents prior to viewing a home.

Escrow officers, lenders, title companies, and multitudes of agents have informed us that transactions and showings are at extremely low levels.
