2022 REAL ESTATE PREDICTIONS: • Sale prices will continue to increase, but at a slower rate than 2020 and 2021. Experts predict a 12.0% increase in year-over-year sale prices by July 2022, while last year experienced an 18.6% increase.

• Inventory is expected to rise, allowing the market to cool off and buyers more time and options while searching for their home.
