THE MARKET IS ABNORMALLY HOT Typically, the real estate market tends to hit the brakes in the fall and winter, as kids return to school and families juggle work, extracurriculars, and the upcoming holidays. But that’s not what’s happening. Homes are getting snapped up faster, as values rise and mortgage rates continue to slide.

Quality homes are selling in no time,” continued Helman. “There’s immense opportunity for sellers, and Realtors have many tools to get our clients to the closing table in a safe manner. Our advice to buyers is, come to the search with your financing in place and ready to act quick.”
