It’s all about the curb appeal. 2. Next is staging, or more importantly, de-cluttering your home. As much as we think a potential buyer can see through our valued possessions, most will not. 3. Be flexible with showing times. If you’re not, the buyer’s agents will move on to the next property. The easier you make it for them to show your home, the more likely it is to sell quickly.
