3. Be flexible with showing times. If you’re not, the buyer agents will move on to the next property. The easier you make it for them to show your home, the quicker it will likely sell.

4. Great marketing adds the perception of value. This will help keep you as far away from your bottom line as possible.

5. We will price your home to attract the greatest number of buyers. This doesn’t mean underpricing your home just to sell it quickly. Many homes sell quickly while being priced right and selling for the highest price. Strategy is everything.
