PAYMENTS

• This brochure is valid between the 1st December 2025 and 15th January 2026.

• A 50% deposit for the event is required upon confirmation.

• The final number of guests attending the event needs to be provided at least 48 hours beforehand and charged according to the final number provided by the client.

• In the event that no final number is provided, the hotel reserves the right to charge the original number proposed at the quotation stage.

• The event organiser is required to issue a written confirmation of the event.

• A tentative booking not confirmed will be released after 7 days if no deposit is received.

• Should the revised number of guests attending vary substantially, the hotel reserves the right to transfer the event to a venue of an appropriate size.

• Remaining full payment to be settled on the day of the event or as agreed.

• The prices in this brochure are inclusive of VAT.

• Venue hire applies for private events.
