ENOUGH! invites YOU to attend staged readings of this year’s plays in your community.
On October 6, 2025, six of the plays submitted through our nationwide call in Spring 2025 will be presented in an evening of readings staged simultaneously by theaters, schools, and community groups across the country. Nearly 3,000 artists in more than 150 communities have participated across three previous Nationwide Readings. Many have used ENOUGH! to forge meaningful community partnerships and create space for the youth of their area to be seen and heard
Our teens are looking for answers on how to avoid becoming another statistic and saying, “Enough is enough”

BFAinTheatreManagement
A Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Management is among the various track offerings available to our theatre majors A theater management degree can prepare an individual for a variety of careers and expectations in the theater industry, including arts administration, management, and producing. The core business classes are taken in the Business Department and classes particular to theatre management are taught by the performing arts faculty The student is required to intern with two to three performing arts organizations in the Rockford community Numerous universities offer Theatre Management Degrees but usually the student is restricted to studying just management. We tailor the degree to the student’s interest. At present we have a Junior student whose personal goal is to one day own her own dance company. To achieve this goal, she is studying the managerial side of business in the arts while pursuing her minor in dance with an eye to choreography We will make sure she interns with local dance studios and companies We want to help promote entrepreneurism in the arts by combing business with artistic creativity.
The Rockford University Vocal Collective is a select, mixed choral ensemble of 15 singers that performs a wide variety of choral literature, from Renaissance polyphony to jazz and popular music. The ensemble serves as an ambassador for the university, performing at university functions and representing Rockford University at community events such as sports games, corporate events and city gatherings. Students from all four classes and from many disciplines make up the Vocal Collective. Vocal Collective has sung at local high schools, homeless shelters, churches and country clubs.
