GRATUITY & SALES TAX ALL BANQUET MENU PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% TAXABLE SERVICE CHARGE & CURRENT NJ SALES TAX.

FINAL COUNTS ALL FINAL GUEST COUNTS AND FINAL PAYMENTS ARE DUE 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. PLATED ENTREES REQUIRE COUNTS OF EACH ENTREE DUE 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE. WE WILL BE ABLE TO ADJUST FOR A 5% INCREASE IN GUEST COUNT. ANY INCREASE WILL BE BILLED TO THE CLIENT.
