A Message from Dean Lei

Welcome back to campus! I am very proud to recognize and convey my appreciation to the Rutgers Business School staff for your dedication and hard work during the past 18 months. Whether you worked from home or came to the office regularly during the pandemic, I am grateful for your efforts to exemplify the strengths of the RBS brand defined by the 4 Rs:

• Resilient: You had the courage to take on the unprecedented

COVID-related challenges that have never been seen before. • Resourceful: You worked hard together to deliver innovative solutions to ensure uninterrupted instruction and quality services for our students, both during remote instruction and now when we are back on campus with in-person classes. • Responsible: Day in and day out, you delivered on promises, carried out responsibilities, and stood up as individuals that our campuses can count on. • Reinventing: Higher education has been changed forever because of the fast changing world of technology, and our day to day work has changed forever because we are now operating in a post-pandemic, new normal. Nevertheless, our staff members solved problems and found new ways to contribute toward the success of RBS, our students, our campus, and our University.
