AGENT FEEDBACK - Blake has actively called all enquiry that we have received since Feb that was looking for industrial property. There are still some concerns in the market with businesses not wanting to make. decision until everything starts clearing up. The business doing well are still looking and we have had some interest. We have compiled all the information and photos and have sent to multiple owner-occupiers who have said they will get back to us with more feedback on the property.

As businesses are still trying to get work and keep staff on board, we are still finding strong interestfrom owneroccupiers and investors as they need to find a property as their business is still expanding and they are the luckier ones with now a lot more business from what has happened Investors know that they have cash and they can use it now as the competition for certain properties won't be as high as it used to be and they can secure an investment property for future growth or owner occupy the building for their own personal use
