Emily and Christine increased the return on the property throughout the due diligence period by securing leases on the vacancies whilst the seller was still able to achieve a premium price for the price with a return of 6.5% which is a record low yield for Nambour. “We targeted our marketing strategy to both interstate and local investors but the sale came from a local that we where able to demonstrate the future growth of Nambour,” said Emily Pendleton.
