WHAT’S YOUR NEXT MOVE?

KUNDA PARK

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY UPDATE

Adam Knight 62 Jame Street Kunda Park QLD 4556

THE TRENDS OF KUNDA PARK Dear Adam, As development continues to boom on the Sunshine Coast, the demand for small warehouses remains high. This interest is coming predominantly through the building industry requiring space for additional storage. As interest rates have remained low, yields have been dropping as low as 6% on industrial stock. Despite this, the investment market has remained strong with investors looking for security in tenants to counteract this drop in rental income. Vacancy for leasing remains scarce in Kunda Park with small sheds in particular being leased soon after hitting the market and remaining tenanted for extended periods. If you have a similar piece of stock and would like to have a confidential conversation about the potential your property could realise in the current market, we would be glad to take your call and/or arrange a sit down to discuss possibilities. Kind regards,
