fundraiser is held to benefit the Child Advocacy Center of Warren County. This year, the 4th Annual Blue Ribbon Nite Gala event will be held on Friday, November 18, 2011 at the Manor House in Mason, Ohio. The event provides a significant portion of the Center’s annual operating budget and without the help of individuals and volunteer support such as yours; this successful, growing event would not be possible. The Center has nearly 300 reasons each year for providing the best response that is required and deserved. We humbly request that you consider serving as our Emcee for the evening. Your reputation as a prominent leader in your industry and your commitment to the community are great qualities that would make you a wonderful Master of Ceremony for our event.
The Child Advocacy Center of Warren County 100 Campus Loop Road, Suite A Franklin, OH 45005 July 25, 2011 Dear
Annually,Nancy:awonderful
The purpose of the Child Advocacy Center of Warren County is to provide a comprehensive, coordinated team response to the most serious cases of child abuse in the community within a child focused environment. A multidisciplinary approach from law enforcement, child protective services, medical, mental health, prosecution and victim advocacy helps to minimize further trauma to children and ensure their long term protection. This multi faceted approach would not be possible without the benevolent help of those in the community. Each year, the Child Advocacy Center of Warren County raises funds to continue its operations through grants, contributions, and in-kind donations. The Children’s Medical Center of Dayton serves as the Center’s fiscal agent and 501(c)(3). It is essential that every child who needs the specialized services of a children’s advocacy center have access to them. If you have any question or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your generosity is greatly appreciated! Originally from The Windy City, Debra got her first taste of blues, rock and jazz as a youngster. At about 4 years of age she saw a guy on T.V. singing and playing a guitar and decided right then....that's what she wanted to do when she grew up! So, after many years of folk duos, rock and blues bands and still no Rolling Stone cover, she decided it might be a nice change of pace to try radio. “My deep love of music is the inspiration as I program 4 hours of great music every Sunday afternoon. I still play music on the side and you may occasionally be able to catch me at a venue around town,” stated Debra.
