First Floor
Ground Floor

The functional organization of space is structured in a manner that accomodates elderly people in terms of accessibility, the ground and first floors are directily exposed to the sun light. The ground floor is a space for the services which also serves as an access to the building, however part of the floor is specifically reserved for rooms also with an entrance in between leading to the kitchen and technical room.

The upper floor is a meeting place where the elderly will be able to meet their family members and also interact with each other, with a spacious auditorioum which can be used for small events and information sharing and empowerment. The whole building is covered with a box creating a harmonious facade that blends with its environment
