The monumental structure of the Silos de la Junta General de Granos, located in Buenos Aires on the eastern side of Puerto Madero, is one of the few port constructions that persist in the neighbourhood and the only one that has not yet been recovered.
The concept behind the revival of the structure was to transform it into an exhibition space, where the vertical elements symbolically serve as portals, embodying a deeper philosophical narrative.
Our conceptual approach is to achieve innovative flexibility and pragmatism (3-D Printing, modular units) by adopting latest technologies and innovations (Artificial Intelligence, AI) to bring architecture a step closer to its inevitable destiny. Moreover, it would be the first step towards briding Artificial Intelligence with that of the 3D printing technology.
Re-designed an office floor in Dubai, creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing layout while delivering fully rendered plans to visualize the design. This process involved optimizing space usage, enhancing workflow efficiency, and incorporating modern design elements tailored to the client’s needs.

In our world there are many countries with diffrent cultures which create multiple identities. So in which the way we live, the way we create art differers between each place. Some people will not accept it since they are not aware of its significance. So our topic will go around this point with respect to music.
Batroun is an important city in lebanon where now a days its being open to music and tourism. Batroun is full of commercials as restuarants, cafes, resorts, pubs, and night clubs. Also, batroun now a days are creating events and putting money on it.
so mainly the project that is created is a project to solve the biast perspective with respect to music in a way that the music square will present the music and innovate it for the people to accept diffrent cultures and its music that varies between organic and electronic music
This project explores the concept of 'Containment and Connectivity,' drawing inspiration from the inherent structure of shipping containers. Just as a container defines a bounded space while simultaneously facilitating the movement and connection of goods, this design seeks to establish clear boundaries around existing buildings and their extensions. These boundaries, however, are not meant to be restrictive but rather to guide and enhance the flow of movement and interaction within and between spaces, fostering a sense of both enclosure and openness.
THE ASSIGNING OF THE MATERIALS:
WHILE WORKING WITH INT. DANA NAIM ON THIS PROJECT SHE
HAD SORTED THE DESIRED STYLE OF THE CLIENT WITH SOME RE FRENCES. BY HAVING A TEAM THAT ARE DEDICATED TO HER WE HAVE SET A TABLE OF WHAT MATERIAL WERE CHOOSEN BY THE CLIENTS. BY USING THIS TABLE I ASSIGNED THE MATERIALS AND THE RE SULT IS SHOWN IN THE RENDER AT THE RIGHT
SAT DOWN WITH INT.DANA NAIM TO NEGOTIATE AND SET
TING SOME INSPIRATIONS FOR THE CLIENTS. WE HAVE DE-
CIDED ON HAVING A ROCK WALL BEHIND THE LIFT. CREATE A CLOSET THAT RELIES ON THE CLIENT’S NEEDS AND LET IT BE AS A ONE ENTITY TO COVER THE WASTE SPACE OF THE CORNER. CREATE A FALSE CIELING FEATURE TO COVER THE BAD VIEWS OF THE LIFT BY THE USE OF GREENARY AND LIGHTING.
This project utilized a 3D model developed in SketchUp. Following modifications, the model was imported into Lumion for rendering. Basic materials were initially defined within Lumion.
Subsequently, the rendered image was imported into Photoshop for further material refinement. Seamless textures were applied to enhance the realism of surfaces. Detailed shadows and lighting were meticulously added using brushes. Finally, the Camera Raw filter was employed for comprehensive post-production, resulting in the final presentation.
