A professional integrated design expert, architect, urban planner and senior project manager with a master’s degree in design theory and a talent to create well integrated designs and world class projects. Raed has 28+ years of progressive career working with public and private sectors on a wide range of architectural and urban design projects as well as construction supervision. As a visionary and conceptual designer Raed worked with award-winning architects including Dr. Abdel Halim Ibrahim and Dr. Rasem Badran. He worked also with leading companies and interdisciplinary engineering firms in the region. He successfully participated as main designer in more 30+ design competitions and delivered 70+ projects of different types including mixed use developments, high-rise buildings, residential, commercial, healthcare, educational, master planning, urban design and city branding. Raed has a considerable experience in leading multi-disciplinary design teams, design review, project management and client representation services. As a scholar in the field of contemporary Arab architecture and urbanism, he published in 2009 his first book about the evolution of identity and self-representation in Arab architecture and its relation to Orientalism under the title: "Orientalism in Arab Architecture -(واﻟﮭﻮﯾﺔ
