SAVE THE DATE! ANNUAL MEMBER CRAWFISH BOIL!

The Annual Member Crawfish Boil is less than two months away on Saturday, April 12 from 11 AM until 2 PM at Hurricane Alley in the East Bank District!

All active members receive an invitation for two for all-you-can-eat crawfish and jambalaya from Shaver's Catering. We will have water and soft drinks for members and guests, and alcohol and other food options will be available for purchase at any of the restaurants in the East Bank. Members will be able to purchase additional tickets for guests (price TBD).

INDY BOWL JUNIOR TENNIS CLASSIC RETURNS IN APRIL

The Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl Junior Tennis Classic returns to Shreveport-Bossier on April 5-6. The USTA Level 5 Open tournament brings boys and girls ages 10-18 to Shreveport-Bossier for the two-day tournament! Our bowl spans over six decades, and the Independence Bowl Foundation is the main catalyst for our success! The Independence Bowl Foundation is an organization consisting of numerous volunteer committees, which carry out all of its functions, drawing upon its more than 350 members. Memberships are open for anyone who would like to become a part of the 11th most-historic bowl game in college football and start as low as $200.

NINE INDEPENDENCE BOWL ALUMNI INVITED TO NFL COMBINE

NFL Draft season is underway, and the next wave of Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl alumni are looking to join the over 75 former Independence Bowl players in the NFL.

The NFL Combine – the premier draft scouting event gets underway this week, and nine former Independence Bowl players are amongst the elite group of NFL Draft prospects who were invited to the event.

IT'S MARDI GRAS SEASON!

A LOOK BACK AT OUR MARDI GRAS PREVIEW PARADE!

It's now MARDI GRAS SEASON! The Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl helped give fans a sneak preview of Mardi Gras Season with our Mardi Gras Preview Parade the night before the bowl game!

The Mardi Gras Preview Parade kicks off our annual Rally on the Red, which takes place the night before the game and features a parade, Battle of the Bands, fireworks show and free concert. The parade features floats from a variety of local Mardi Gras Krewes and the two university bands and spirit squads! The parade begins in the Louisiana Boardwalk and flows through the Boardwalk and the East Bank District, ending at the East Bank Plaza.
