Live music by Hidden Tracks will kick things off before we stream the LSU vs. Clemson game on the big screen! Nearby restaurants will have food & drinks available, and we’ll have two cash bars for adult beverages.

The Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl hosted their inaugural High School Football Media Day, presented by Jimmy Granger Ford of Stonewall, on Wednesday, August 6 in the Club Level at Independence Stadium.
The Media Day featured players and coaches from 30 high schools from nine Parishes across Northwest Louisiana, promoting their teams and upcoming seasons. Representatives from the LHSAA, LHSCA and LSHOA were also featured speakers at the event.

Our bowl spans over six decades, and the Independence Bowl Foundation is the main catalyst for our success! The Independence Bowl Foundation is an organization consisting of numerous volunteer committees, which carry out all of its functions, drawing upon its more than 350 members. Memberships are open for anyone who would like to become a part of the 11th most-historic bowl game in college football and start as low as $200. The countdown to the 2025 Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl is on, as the 2025 college football season kicks off later this month, and tickets to the 49th edition of Shreveport-Bossier City’s annual bowl game are now officially on sale to the public.
The 2025 Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl will kick off on Tuesday, December 30 at 1 p.m. at Independence Stadium. Great seating options are available throughout the stadium – ranging from $20 to $70.
