HIGH-PRECISION SERVO MOTORS
The servo motors are optimized for dynamic CNC machines, combining high torque with excellent accuracy. Paired with high-quality gear reducers from renowned manufacturers, they enable stable positioning and precise movement of the gantry and spindle without vibration or backlash. The system provides fast response, smooth motion, and reliable results in demanding industrial conditions.
The machine is equipped with a high-efficiency vacuum pump with air cooling and a power rating of 7.5kW. The vacuum pump has a capacity of approximately 320m³/h - 550m³/h, enabling rapid vacuum generation and stable holding even during intensive continuous operation. The high air flow ensures uniform material adhesion across the entire vacuum working table.
WORKTABLE
The worktable is manufactured from high-quality rigid material with exceptional resistance to wear and deformation. It is designed to ensure maximum sheet adherence when using the vacuum system, providing stable contact across the entire surface. Integrated aluminum “T” profiles offer additional mechanical clamping options for processing special shapes and smaller components.
The Z axis is equipped with a high-precision ball screw, ideal for applications where vertical movement is critical. This system provides minimal friction, stable lifting and lowering of the spindle, and excellent repeatability during complex operations. The optimized transmission reduces component wear and increases reliability during long production cycles.
The X and Y axes utilize large cross-section linear guides combined with a helical rack for secure and precise movement. The system incorporates components from a renowned manufacturer known for long service life and stability at high speeds. This ensures smooth motion, low noise levels, and minimal vibration — directly contributing to higher accuracy and extended machine longevity.
