Aspen Lakes Estates is a premier residential community offering a blend of luxurious living and recreational opportunities. Nestled around the scenic Aspen Lakes Golf Course, this subdivision provides an exceptional lifestyle for its residents.

Development and Property

Details

Size and layout: Aspen Lakes Estates features 115 lots, each approximately 1 acres, with many properties bordering the golf course. The community is over 80% built out, showcasing homes ranging from 2,500 to 6,500 square feet.

Golf Course: The Aspen Lakes Golf Course, a public course, is owned, operated, and maintained by the developer, the Cyrus family entities.

Utilities and Services

Water Supply: Both domestic and irrigation water are provided by the Aspen Lakes utility company, an Oregon-Stateregulated utility owned and operated by the Cyrus family.

Community Amenities
