Bug Off is made with a blend of soy and beeswax and scented with a Rachael Lane signature blend of citronella, lemongrass and eucalyptus essential oils that’s sure to keep you safe from bug bites.

Products purchased for resale cannot be altered, edited or re-branded in any way. This will be seen as a violation of the terms and we will end the relationship. Please email about availability. Large orders are manufactured upon confirmation of order.

Payment and Returns

Orders are processed once agreed payments have been made. First orders are paid in full prior to manufacturing and delivery. Following this, we may negotiate modest credit terms.

Proof of payment for bank transfers should be emailed to info@rachaellaneja.com Prices subject to change without notice; however, once payment is received, prices remain for that order.

Rachael Lane sales, promotions and discounts are not applicable to wholesale orders. Rachael Lane products may not be resold on third party platforms such as Q Mall, Amazon, Etsy, Carib Shopper, etc.

Delivery

Delivery will be quoted on each order. Orders have a 2 week lead time but in most cases we are able to deliver before. If we can, we will notify you and do so. Likewise, if your order will be delayed you will also be notified.

Returns

We do not accept returns for unsold product or overstock. If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival please notify us immediately and include photographs of the damage. Claims must be sent to info@rachaellaneja.com within 5 days upon receipt of shipment. Please inspect goods upon receipt.
