Our Story
Welcome to Rachael Lane! Rachael Lane was founded in 2019 by mother and daughter duo, Charmaine and Jo-Ann Morris. Charmaine always had a love for all things handmade and decided to experiment with soap making for an elevated bathing experience Before long, she began gifting these soaps to friends and family Around the same time, Jo-Ann, a lover of all things fragrance began experimenting with blending fragrance oils and creating her own candles. These two hobbies, turned passion, soon turned into a leap of faith when Jo-Ann faced redundancy in 2019 and decided there was no better time to officially launch Rachael Lane
What began as a soap and candle brand, quickly evolved to include gifting solutions because customers wanted to incorporate their favourite Rachael Lane products with their special occasions: wedding and baby shower favours, client appreciation gifts and corporate holiday gifts

Labelling your chosen product is as easy as choosing and personalising a pre-designed label by adding your logo, monogram and other relevant information. Labels are included in the product price.
If you are providing your own labels, we will provide label specifications. The price of the product remains the same. Thinking of something else? Feel free to contact us.

Are you looking for a one stop gifting option? We will work with you on curating the perfect gift. These gifts make the ideal welcome or departure gift, or just a way to show your appreciation.
Gifting with Rachael Lane is as easy as: Selecting ready to go Rachael Lane gift boxes.
1. Choosing from our ready to go gift boxes and adding your logo on the hang tag and adding a branded note.
2. Creating gifts from scratch with your choice of box or bag, ribbon colour, branding placement and product combination 3.

Select items may be packaged in boxes or draw-string bags with the options of hang tags, print or labels at additional costs.
Our handmade soaps require a lead time of 6 weeks to cure once the order has been confirmed by payment.
You will be asked to proof and approve labels before they are printed. Care must be taken to check labels thoroughly. Reprinting due to errors after proofing will be at an additional cost. No changes can be made after labels are proofed
Minimum Order Value
Minimum quantities for each item are listed on the line sheet as MOQ. For large orders, of 100 or more units, please email your inquiry to info@rachaellaneja.com.
Bulk prices are only applicable for orders that meet the MOQ For orders below email info@rachaellaneja.com for an estimate.
Payment and Returns
You will be asked to complete an agreement and to provide the relevant details for the fulfilment of your order
Orders are confirmed once agreed payment has been received through direct bank transfer or through the payment link provided.
Proof of payment for bank transfers are to be emailed to info@rachaellaneja.com.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once payment is received, prices will remain for that order.
As these items are being made for each order, items cannot be returned for reasons other than being faulty, damaged or broken. Variations in colour and finish are not considered faults as these are bespoke handmade items. For damaged items, email info@rachaellaneja.com.
Emails about damaged items must be sent within three days of receiving items. Please check your order upon receipt as you will be asked to sign in receipt of the items.
