Course Introduction
Survey of Psychology offers a comprehensive introduction to the scientific study of behavior and mental processes. This course covers major topics such as biological foundations of behavior, sensation and perception, learning, memory, development, motivation, emotion, personality, psychological disorders, and treatments, as well as social psychology. Through lectures, discussions, and applied activities, students will gain a broad understanding of basic psychological concepts, research methods, and contemporary issues in the field, laying the groundwork for further study in psychology and related disciplines.
