Course Introduction
Sport Psychology explores the mental and emotional factors that influence athletic performance, participation, and well-being. This course examines topics such as motivation, anxiety, confidence, team dynamics, concentration, and psychological skills training. Students will learn how psychological principles are applied to enhance performance, cope with pressure, recover from injury, and promote personal growth in sports and exercise settings.
