Taking a bite out of food waste The Christmas hospitality season is just around the corner and while some businesses will choose to celebrate in style at hotels and restaurants, others may be happier with an office ‘Secret Santa’ and a few sausage rolls. Whichever they choose, the issue of food waste is too important to be wrapped up and thrown away like used wrapping paper.
