Quarriers Inclusion Team contacted all Quarriers services to arrange opportunities for people we support to provide feedback.
The team gathered 170 responses from across Quarriers’ service provision. This is an increase of 87% on last year’s responses. 35 services contributed to the feedback.
The responses received created a snapshot of the factors that contribute to the overall journey that people take through our services.
It provides focus for where we can do more and highlights positive and negative experiences.
All feedback will be shared with Quarriers services, staff and management teams to be followed up using various quality measuring tools.
Thank you to all the services that took part.
N.B. Not everyone who completed our survey answered every question. Numbers represent people who chose this answer.
