Q) “How and when do I see my images?”
Proof Photos will be posted to a private webpage and the link emailed within thirty (30) days of the event for clients to approve all images. Once images have been approved, any requested edits shall be made then delivery of high resolution digital files, in JPEG format, with print release, will be added to a USB drive. This may be picked up or mailed.
Q) “Can we order more later?”
Yes and no. Yes, we have the files you place any orders from, saved in our archives, however you will pay more to order later, as opposed to the day we do your ordering appointment, since we charge a $99 retrieval fee. Get what you want today! We will gladly set up a no interest payment plan. There are no guarantees in life, and even our archives may lose files someday – ordering prints ensures that you have those gorgeous images in hand for years to come.
Q) “How long does it take to get my finished portraits?”
This is pretty amazing – our normal delivery time for our gorgeous prints and artwork is typically around three to four weeks, depending on your order Once the order arrives, we give it a quality inspection before calling you about pick-up/delivery.
