Program Overview The MI Choice Waiver program provides long-term support and services within the comfort of your own home. Our staff work with you and your family or friends to give you more control over the care you receive.

At no cost, the MI Choice Waiver Program gives qualifying aging adults and adults with disabilities a choice over their care.

We believe in care that doesn’t get in the way of living life.

Eligibility Adults 18 and older must meet the financial and medical eligibility in order to enroll in the program.

Gross income cannot exceed $2,382* per month (excludes spousal income).

Allowable assets limited to $2,000*. (excludes one home and one car).

Federal Protected Spousal Asset guidelines apply.

We will work with you to determine your medical eligibility.

*Income eligibility changes each year and is 300% of the SSI rate.
