When we learn, the brain creates new pathways. When faced with adversity, we find a pathway to hope.

Everyone will agree that this year was like no other. It was trying for all of us. But even in the most difficult of times, we found our way through. The resilience we are all showing during this once-in-a-century pandemic is really inspiring.

Last year, our impact report showcased our transformative journey. This year, our journey is one of resilience and introspection. It’s a story about how we came together, how we adjusted to respond to our community and nation’s needs ensuring continuity and access in a time of crisis.

By undertaking a digital transformation and finding new ways to meet evolving needs, we were proud to offer 1,001 programs and services attracting an impressive 4.8 million visits to digital and physical offerings.

Our journey has been a demonstration of creativity, humanity, and strength.
