QGMS RECOGNISES EMPLOYEES AT CHAMPIONS’ NETWORK EVENT

The Qatargas Management System (QGMS) team recognised 64 Champions during its QGMS Champions' Network event, held in late-2022.

The Champions were presented with recognition certificates from their respective Chief Officers and the Chief Financial Officer for their support of their Process Owners during the successful implementation of Business Process Assurance reviews across Qatargas in 2021 and 2022.

Ziad Yehya, Corporate Planning and Enterprise Risk Manager, confirmed, “QGMS Champions play an important role in ensuring, maintaining and continuously improving our business processes to premier level.”

He also emphasised the QGMS Champions showed commitment to developing and executing QGMS to enable sustainable delivery of the Company’s business fundamentals. In addition, he highlighted the importance of building competencies through training, learning and collaboration to achieve premier business processes and premier people in Qatargas.

The event, which will become a regular occurrence in the future, was also a platform for attendees to discuss the latest Management Systems trends, emerging challenges, and the team’s significant accomplishments.

This was subsequently followed by an interactive workshop where Champions provided valuable feedback on practical ways to enhance collaboration, and communication across the QGMS network.
