‫ً‬ ‫نبدع عالًما‬ ‫من اإلمكانيات‪.‬‬ ‫مؤسسة قطر هي منظمة غير ربحية‪ ،‬تتمحور مهام المراكز التابعة لها‬ ‫وبرامجها ومبادراتها حول التعليم والبحوث واالبتكار وتنمية المجتمع‪،‬‬ ‫وتتكامل مساعيها من أجل تطوير المجتمعات في دولة قطر والعالم‪.‬‬ ‫ومن خالل منظومتنا الفريدة وشراكاتنا مع مؤسسات دولية رائدة‪،‬‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫ً‬ ‫نمضي قدما في التصدي للتحديات األكثر إلحاحا من أجل إحداث التأثير‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ً‬ ‫اإليجابي الذي نتطلع إليه محليا وإقليميا ودوليا‪ ،‬مع تمكين أفراد‬ ‫المجتمع من رسم حاضرهم ومستقبلهم‪.‬‬ ‫إن ما ننجزه يعتمد على فلسفة مفادها أن مستقبلنا يكمن في إطالق‬ ‫أثمن الموارد على اإلطالق – أال وهو اإلنسان‪.‬‬ ‫‪qf.org.qa‬‬

‫ُ‬ ‫نهجنا‬ ‫مع اتساع حجم مؤسسة قطر واتسامها بالتنوع‪ ،‬برزت أهمية‬ ‫وجود جوهر أساسي نستند إليه في توجيه أعمالنا‪ .‬وبالنسبة‬ ‫َ‬ ‫لنا‪ ،‬هذا الجوهر هو نهج “التكامل المؤسسي” الذي نَجم عن‬ ‫تضافر أعمالنا في التعليم والبحوث وتنمية المجتمع بما يسهم‬ ‫عالٍم أفضل من خالل تبادل‬ ‫في ترسيخ دعائم دولة قطر وبناء‬ ‫ٍ‬ ‫المعرفة وقوة األفكار‪.‬‬ ‫يتمثل نموذج “التكامل المؤسسي” في الطريقة التي تعمل‬ ‫ً‬ ‫بها كيانات التعليم ما قبل الجامعي جنًبا إلى جنب مع كيانات‬ ‫التعليم العالي لتوفير فرص تعليمية فريدة للطالب من جميع‬ ‫األعمار والخلفيات‪ .‬ويمثل “التكامل المؤسسي” التزامنا بالعمل‬ ‫مع مجتمعنا‪ ،‬وتعزيز سبل التعاون بين جهودنا البحثية والتوعوية‬ ‫التي تساعد في رعاية البيئة الفكرية الناقدة في البالد‪ .‬كما‬ ‫يجسد “التكامل المؤسسي” الطريقة التي تتفاعل بها الكيانات‬ ‫المتنوعة في مؤسسة قطر وتدعم بعضها البعض لصالح دولة‬ ‫قطر وتعزز استدامتها وقدرتها على الصمود‪.‬‬

‫ومن أجل تحويل نهج “التكامل المؤسسي” إلى واقع‪ ،‬اضطلعنا‬ ‫بتنظيم عملنا حول خمسة موضوعات رئيسية‪ ،‬هي‪ :‬التعليم التقدمي‪،‬‬ ‫واالستدامة‪ ،‬والذكاء االصطناعي‪ ،‬والرعاية الصحية الدقيقة‪ ،‬والتقدم‬ ‫االجتماعي‪ .‬كل ما نقوم به يدور في فلك هذه الموضوعات التي‬ ‫توجه جميع أعمالنا في المؤسسة‪.‬‬

‫التعليم التقدمي‬ ‫عملنا في مؤسسة قطر باستمرار على‬ ‫مواجهة التصورات المسبقة حيال التعليم‬ ‫في الفصول الدراسية بهدف صقل النماذج‬ ‫ً‬ ‫التعليمية وإعادة التفكير فيها‪ ،‬عالوة على‬ ‫تقديم تعليم بأعلى جودة متاحة‪.‬‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫وكما أن التعليم المبتكر يؤدي إلى التفكير‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ً‬ ‫اإلبداعي‪ ،‬فإننا نعتقد اعتقادا راسخا بأن‬ ‫الوقت قد حان للنهوض بالنهج التعليمي‬ ‫الذي لم يتغير إلى حد كبير منذ أكثر من‬ ‫قرن‪.‬‬

‫ً‬ ‫نرغب في جعل التعليم أكثر تأقلما مع احتياجات الطالب‪ ،‬وإثارة فضول كل طفل‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ً‬ ‫وتحفيز اإلبداع والتميز لديه بما يعزز نهجا تعليميا يبني عالما أكثر مرونة‪ .‬هذا هو ما‬ ‫نسميه “التعليم التقدمي”‪ ،‬ونتابعه بنشاط من خالل منظومة مدارسنا وجامعاتنا‬ ‫ومراكزنا الدراسية األخرى‪.‬‬

‫االستدامة‬

‫لطالما كنا من أكثر الداعمين لجهود‬ ‫االستدامة في البالد والمنطقة‪،‬‬ ‫ً‬ ‫إذ نعمل جنًبا إلى جنب مع العلماء‬ ‫والباحثين والمبتكرين ورجال األعمال‬ ‫في دولة قطر وجميع أنحاء العالم‬ ‫لتحقيق تحوالت جذرية ووضع حلول‬ ‫جديدة ومستدامة للتحديات الكبرى‪.‬‬

‫الذكاء االصطناعي‬

‫نحظى في دولة قطر بمكانة فريدة تمكننا‬ ‫من تحقيق أقصى استفادة من الذكاء‬ ‫االصطناعي من خالل االبتكار عبر نموذج‬ ‫“التكامل المؤسسي”‪ .‬كما يتمتع مجتمعنا‬ ‫عاٍل‪ ،‬وتترجم منظومتنا فائقة‬ ‫بذكاء تقني ٍ‬ ‫التطور والفريدة من نوعها إلى جانب نموذج‬ ‫“التكامل المؤسسي” المميز إلى الكثير من‬ ‫فرص التعاون بين الجامعات ومراكز األبحاث ذات المستوى العالمي‪.‬‬ ‫كما تعزز مكانتنا الفريدة في التعليم‪ ،‬والقطاع العام‪ ،‬والقطاع الخاص عملية إنتاج‬ ‫فعالة تمتد من البحوث إلى الشركات الناشئة‪ ،‬وتمهد الطريق لتحقيق االستدامة‬ ‫ً‬ ‫التجارية في الذكاء االصطناعي أيًضا‪.‬‬

‫الرعاية الصحية الدقيقة‬ ‫تتمتع دولة قطر بفرصة فريدة لتكون في‬ ‫صدارة مجال الرعاية الصحية الدقيقة بفضل‬ ‫التجانس النسبي في الجينات واألمراض‬ ‫الشائعة‪.‬‬ ‫ونضطلع في مؤسسة قطر بريادة مساعي‬ ‫تطوير برنامج للرعاية الصحية المخصصة‬ ‫لألفراد والوقاية من األمراض يستفيد‬ ‫بشكل كبير من أبرز التطورات في المجاالت‬ ‫البحثية‪ ،‬والعالجات السريرية‪ ،‬والبيئة‪ ،‬وأنماط الحياة‪ .‬وقد كنا من أوائل المتبنين‬ ‫للرعاية الصحية الدقيقة في المنطقة‪ ،‬ويمكن البناء على جهودنا في هذا المجال في‬ ‫جميع أنحاء المنطقة العربية والعالم‪.‬‬

‫التعليم ما قبل الجامعي‬ ‫نصنع الغد في مؤسسة قطر‪.‬‬

‫ّ‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫تبدأ الدورة التعليمية في مؤسسة قطر من سن مبكرة‪ ،‬حيث أسسنا‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫مدارس عديدة‪ ،‬وصممنا برامج دقيقة تطور مهارات محددة‪ ،‬وبذلك‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫ً‬ ‫نقدم تعليما متخصصا لطاّلبنا‪ ،‬يخدم احتياجاتهم واهتماماتهم‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ومواهبهم الفردية‪ ،‬انطالقا من التزامنا الراسخ بتوفير تعليم يستمر‬ ‫مدى الحياة وتمكين الجيل المقبل للنجاح في بيئة عالمية‪.‬‬

‫مدارس أكاديمية قطر‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫نسعى لتمكين الطالب من تحقيق التميز‬ ‫األكاديمي ليكونوا مواطنين مسؤولين‪.‬‬

‫ّ‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ًّ‬ ‫ً‬ ‫توفر مدارس أكاديمية قطر منهاجا دقيقا ومعتمدا دوليا باللغة‬ ‫اإلنجليزية‪ ،‬باإلضافة إلى تعزيز مهارات اللغة العربية والدراسات‬ ‫اإلسالمية‪ ،‬وذلك في بيئة يحرص أفرادها على تقديم الدعم للطالب‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫وتنمية روح التحدي لديهم ليصبحوا مفكرين ناقدين ومواطنين فاعلين‪.‬‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫تتبع المدارس نظام البكالوريا الدولية (‪ )IB‬الذي يقدم أشهر البرامج‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫والمستقل‪.‬‬ ‫التعليمية العالمية التي تشجع الطالب على التفكير الناقد‬ ‫يحتوي هذا النظام على البرامج التالية‪ :‬برنامج المرحلة االبتدائية (‪،)PYP‬‬ ‫وبرنامج المرحلة المتوسطة (‪ ،)MYP‬وبرنامج دبلوم البكالوريا الدولية‬ ‫(‪ ،)DP‬والبرنامج المهني (‪.)CP‬‬ ‫َّ‬ ‫ومنذ تأسيس أكاديمية قطر عام ‪ ،1996‬توسع نموذجها ليضم اليوم‬ ‫خمس مدارس‪.‬‬

‫ّ‬ ‫مركز التعلم‬ ‫يعد مركز التعلم أحد الكيانات التابعة للتعليم ما قبل الجامعي في مؤسسة قطر‪،‬‬ ‫ويقدم خدمات دعم عالية الجودة للطالب في جميع مدارس مؤسسة قطر‪ ،‬كما‬ ‫ً‬ ‫يدعم احتياجات المجتمع األوسع نطاقا من خالل مركز “درب”‪.‬‬

‫أكاديمية قطر – مشيرب‬

‫المدارس المتخصصة‬ ‫نؤمن أن لكل طفل الحق في الدراسة في بيئة تعزز فرصته للنجاح‬ ‫ً‬ ‫واالزدهار‪ .‬وأحيانا ما تتطلب اهتمامات الطالب واحتياجاتهم تصميم‬ ‫مسارات مخصصة تمكنهم من إطالق قدراتهم‪ ،‬وألجل ذلك أسسنا‬ ‫مدارس وبرامج متخصصة‪ ،‬إلى جانب مدارس أكاديمية قطر‪ ،‬لضمان‬ ‫تعزيز مواهب الطالب واإلسهام في تحقيق تطلعاتهم‪.‬‬

‫برنامج الجسر األكاديمي‬

‫ّ‬ ‫تأّسست وايل كورنيل للطب – قطر في عام ‪ 2001‬كأول كلية طب في قطر‪ ،‬وهي‬ ‫ً‬ ‫تطرح برنامج طب متسًقا يمتد لست سنوات ويتألف من منهجين متتاليين هما‪:‬‬ ‫منهج ما قبل الطب‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫يمتد منهج ما قبل الطب لعامين‪ ،‬وهو مصّمم إلعداد الطالب بالشكل األمثل لتلبية‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫المتطلبات التعليمية الصارمة لمنهج الطب في المرحلة الالحقة‪ .‬وترّكز مساقات هذا‬ ‫المنهج على العلوم األساسية ذات الصلة الوثيقة بالطب‪ ،‬وهذه المساقات مماثلة‬ ‫ُ ّ‬ ‫لتلك التي ُتدّرس في جامعة كورنيل في إيثاكا وتشمل دروس المختبر والتجارب‬ ‫العملية التوضيحية‪.‬‬ ‫منهج الطب‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫عند االنتهاء من منهج ما قبل الطب‪ ،‬يتّم تقييم الطالب النتقال المؤهلين منهم‬ ‫إلى منهج الطب الممتد ألربع سنوات‪ .‬وخالل هذا المنهج‪ ،‬يدرس الطالب مساقات‬ ‫العلوم األساسية في السنتين األولى والثانية‪ ،‬ومن ثم المساقات اإلكلينيكية في‬ ‫السنتين الثالثة والرابعة‪ .‬وبإمكان الطالب الذين أنهوا برنامج ما قبل الطب في جامعة‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫أو كلية طب أخرى التقّدم لاللتحاق ببرنامج الطب مباشرة‪.‬‬ ‫يحصل الطالب الذين يكملون برنامج الطب بنجاح على شهادة “دكتور في الطب“ من‬ ‫جامعة كورنيل العريقة‪.‬‬

Our Approach With an organization as large and diverse as Qatar Foundation, it was important for us to have an underlying core that helps guide our work. Established in 2001 as the first medical school in Qatar, WCM-Q offers a cohesive six-year medical program. This program is structured as a sequence of two curricula: Pre-medical curriculum The two-year pre-medical curriculum prepares students to meet the educational requirements and rigors of the subsequent medical curriculum. The course content focuses on the basic sciences that directly relate to the field of medicine. The courses are identical to those taught at the Cornell campus at Ithaca and include laboratory sessions and demonstration experiments.

Medical curriculum Upon completion of the pre-medical curriculum, students are reviewed for promotion to the four-year medical curriculum. In this curriculum, students take introductory science courses in the first two years and then take clinical-based courses in the third and fourth years. Students who complete pre-medical training at another institution can apply directly to this curriculum.
