The Impact of Puritan Reformed
Three Decades. One Mission.
Our Mission Statement
Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary is an educational institution whose mission is to prepare students to serve Christ and His church through biblical, experiential, and practical ministry.
The seminary purposes that such training be God-glorifying and in accord with the Scriptures and historic Reformed confessions for the promotion and defense of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
In dependence on the Holy Spirit, we believe that this purpose is well-served by providing theological instruction and training to facilitate the development of knowledge and skills as well as personal piety and Christian character that is essential for faithful Christian ministry.
Greetings from the Executives
We are deeply grateful to share the Annual Impact Report for Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary, reflecting the Lord’s faithfulness and your unwavering support in training the next generation of pastors, preachers, and teachers. Your generosity enables our students to receive a rich education in biblical, Reformed, experiential, and practical ministry, equipping them to serve with integrity and passion. By God’s grace, we continue pursuing our mission to train students for Christ-centered ministry in fields ready for harvest (Matt. 9:37; John 4:35). Through partnerships across six continents, we are strengthening biblical preaching, offering a multilingual degree program, and preparing students for roles in churches, church-planting, teaching, and counseling.
Looking ahead, we are planning additional student housing in response to rising costs and designing the Global Preaching Center to support biblical, Reformed, and experiential preaching worldwide. Our scholarship fund, made possible by your kindness, has helped hundreds of students overcome financial barriers to ministry training. We are grateful for the leadership of our Trustees, the dedication of our faculty and staff, and the impact of our alumni in expanding trusted partnerships. The preaching of Christ’s unsearchable riches remains our central commitment. As we embrace new opportunities, we ask for your continued prayers, guidance, and generosity. May the Holy Spirit impress upon our hearts Christ’s words: “I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day” (John 9:4).

By the Grace of God, We Continue to Grow.
Through God’s grace, we are witnessing continued growth at Puritan Reformed. The demand for theologically trained leaders to serve in churches remains significant, with many congregations still in search of pastors, preachers, and teachers.
Additionally, the need for skilled biblically trained counselors who can serve both within churches and in broader community settings continues to grow. While we are blessed to operate debt-free, we recognize that this progress is made possible through the Lord’s grace with the generosity of our donors, and we remain deeply grateful for the support. The partnership enables us to fulfill our mission and equip the next generation of servants for faithful service.

MULTILINGUAL
Puritan Reformed Seminary is committed to stewarding both our students and the resources we have been blessed with, including courses and Reformed materials. Our advanced technology enables us to extend theological education to regions lacking these resources. We support smaller seminaries globally by providing essential courses and materials in line with our commitment to the Reformed faith, as articulated in Acts 2:6 “Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.“ using the Three Forms and Westminster. Through the prudent use of AI tools and trusted theological editors, we expedite the translation of high-quality theological content, making notable progress in Spanish and significant strides in Arabic, Chinese, Portuguese, Russian, Modern Hebrew, and French.
GLOBAL EDUCATION
As a leader in Reformed theological education, we frequently support smaller seminaries. We carefully select partner institutions that align with our values and standards, enhancing their ability to foster leadership in their communities Embedded MDiv Program. Our Embedded MDiv program continues to grow, providing exemplary education to individuals engaged in their local churches. This program allows pastors and leaders to receive a distinguished education while remaining active in their communities, incorporating mentor ship from trained local mentors.

TRUSTED MINISTRY PARTNERS AROUND THE GLOBE
EXPANSION OF STUDENT HOUSING TO SUPPORT GROWTH AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
The Board of Trustees has approved a major expsion of the seminary’s student housing, reaffirming our commitment to community and meeting the growing needs of our students. Currently, we offer three residences—two single-family homes and a shared house for eight students—along with sixteen two-bedroom apartments.
To accommodate our expanding student body, we are investing $8 million to add 48 new apartment units, featuring a mix of one- and two-bedroom options. This expansion will provide high-quality, affordable housing that fosters both academic and spiritual growth.
By enhancing our residential offerings, we seek to support students and their families in a Christ-centered environment that encourages fellowship, learning, and ministry preparation. We are excited about the opportunities this development will bring and look forward to welcoming students into these new living spaces.
