In which cases can you exercise your right to a warranty?
In the event of a defective performance by Galvanize Nutrition Kft., you may assert a claim against the company under the rules of the Civil Code.
What rights do you have under a warranty claim?
You may – at your choice – make the following warranty claims: You can ask for repair or replacement, unless one of these is impossible or would impose disproportionate extra costs on the company compared to other requests. If you did not or could not ask for a repair or a replacement, you can request a proportionate reduction of the consideration or you can correct the defect or have the defect corrected by someone else at the company's expense or, as a last resort, withdraw from the contract.
You can switch from one warranty claim to another, but you have to bear the cost of the switch unless it was justified or the company gave a reason for it.
What is the deadline for you to claim your warranty?
You must report of the defect as soon as you discover it, but no later than two months after the defect is discovered. However, you should note that you cannot exercise your right to warranty beyond the two-year limitation period from the date of performance of the contract. For second-hand goods, this period is one year.
Against whom can you submit your warranty claim?
You can submit your warranty claim against the company.
What are the other conditions for exercising your right to a warranty ?
Within six months from the date of performance, there are no additional conditions for exercising your right to warranty other than notifying the defect, if you can prove that the product or service was provided by Galvanize Nutrition Kft. However, after six months from the date of performance, you will be required to prove that the defect you have discovered has already existed at the time of performance.

In which cases can you exercise your right to product liability?
In the event of a defect in a movable item (product), you may, at your choice, exercise your right under Section 1 or submit a product liability claim.
What rights do you have under a product liability claim?
Under a product liability claim, you can only ask for the repair or replacement of the defective product.
In which cases is the product considered defective?
A product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force when it was placed on the market or if it does not have the characteristics described by the manufacturer.
What is the deadline for you to submit a product liability claim?
You have two years from the date on which the product was placed on the
liability claim. After this period, this right of yours is terminated.
Against whom and under what other conditions can you enforce your product liability claim?
You can only exercise a product liability claim against the manufacturer or distributor of the movable item. You must prove that the product is defective in order to exercise a product liability claim.
In which cases is the manufacturer (distributor) exempted from its product liability obligation?
The manufacturer (distributor) is only exempted from its product liability obligation if it can prove that:
• it has manufactured or marketed the product outside of its business activities, or
• the defect was not detectable according to the development of science and technology at the time it was placed on the market, or
• the defect in the product results from the application of a legal or regulatory requirement.
The manufacturer (distributor) only needs to prove one reason in order to be exempted.
Please note that you may not submit a claim for warranty and product liability at the same time due to the same error of a product. However, if your product liability claim is successful, you can submit a warranty claim against the manufacturer for the replaced product or repaired part.
Withdrawal/termination information
Right of rescission/termination
You have 14 days to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason. Similarly, in the case of a contract for the provision of a service, once performance of the contract has begun, you have the right, within 14 days and without giving any reason, to terminate the contract. The withdrawal/termination period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you other than a carrier accepts delivery of the goods. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal/termination, you must send a clear statement of your intent for withdrawal/termination to Galvanize Nutrition Kft. at one of the following addresses: postal address: 1145 Budapest, Columbus utca 27-29. B. épület; e-mail: info@puregoldprotein.com. For this purpose, you can also use the attached withdrawal/termination sample form, which can be downloaded by clicking HERE.
You will exercise your right of withdrawal/termination within the deadline if you send your withdrawal/termination notice before the expiry of the deadline indicated above.

Legal effects of withdrawal/termination
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your notice of withdrawal, for all consideration paid by you (excluding any additional costs incurred because you have chosen a mode of transport other than the cheapest standard mode of transport offered by us.) The method of payment used for the refund is the same as the method of payment used for the original transaction unless you expressly consent to another method of payment; this method of refund cannot result in additional costs for you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have provided proof that you have returned it, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the product to us without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the date of your notice of rescission. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the product before the 14-day deadline has expired. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by you. You can only be held liable for the depreciation of the product if it has been caused by use beyond that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
In the event of a dispute, the consumer has the right to apply to the conciliation board competent for his/her address or place of residence.
