Who is Purecare?

Originally founded in New Jersey as Fabrictech 2000 by industry veteran Sam Chase, Purecare was one of the first accessory manufacturers to adapt mattress and pillow protectors for general market. Purecare’s focus on hygiene and wellness has been a staple of the brand over the past two decades. Dedicated to putting care into their craft, the Purecare team works with textile experts, product designers and a handful of the world’s most respected wellness experts and institutions to ensure that their products deliver on their promise of protection and comfort.

Family owned and operated, the Hershbain and Bergman families bring over 100 years of combined retail and product development experience. Purecare’s innovative and consumer-centric approach to product development has earned the company several seals of approval and product awards. The original vision continues today as Purecare’s team works to expand product offerings, grow sourcing capabilities, and invest in their own US manufacturing capabilities.

But how does it work?

Silver ions work by rupturing the microbe’s cell membrane, blocking its ability to take in oxygen, process vital nutrients, and divide, essentially destroying it from the inside out.

Better still, these antimicrobial properties never impact the comfort or softness of our fabrics.

The antimicrobial properties on our treated products remain active for over 50 washings.
