Throughout the site, parking lots are sealed and striped. Landscaping is thriving and filling in. HECO has energized the plaza, with tenant spaces to follow. Building N is available for lease and is 4,275 sq ft. and can be divided. Building N is dividable into 4 spaces, N101, N102, N103 and N104, at 1,074 sf, 1064 sf, 1074 sf respectivetly. Building K shell is finished & available for lease and is 5,000 sq ft. and dividable. Siding is installed and lanai is finished all except the slab. Foodland plans are in the design phase.

Pueo’s Osteria are open and serving dinner,808-339-7566 or online. Pueo’s Osteria has three weekly specials they are promoting right now. Manicotti Mondays, 3 cheese filling choice of sauce, traditional $25 Vodka sauce with Hamakua mushroom and prosciutto, or Bolognese $33 Wednesday we feature a different freshly made Ravioli special. The recipe changes each week. Price changes based on market ingredients.Sunday is Lasagna night, we feature a different chefs inspired freshly made lasagna each week, with house made pasta. Price changes based on market ingredients Addition of lanai for G-102 has been permitted and construction will begin soon.
Building C (Goodwill Hawaii, Black Lava Vape and Sushi HI & L&L ) Goodwill Hawaii is open. Black Lava Vape is completed and their grand opening was May 5th. MH Nail Salon has been submitted to the County. Eyecare Waikoloa has been issued and tenant improvement has behun. Sushi’s tenant improvements are complete. Sweet Indulgence has been issued and tenant improvement has begun. L&L BBQ tenant improvements have begun.
Building E is energized and Island Holistic is open. Meridian Pacific Office has passed final inspections and Certificate of Occupancy has been issued. BodyPro is open and is now seeing patients. Domino’s Pizza tenant improvements are to be completed soon. Kingu Yakiniku permit has been issued and tenant improvements have begun. Rocko’s Country Cookin’ is open! E106 is available for lease, 2,500 sf. Balsimo’s Pizza tenant improvements are 90% complete and a Grand Opening will be announced soon.

Lofts at Waikoloa is now 95% occupied and 100% leased and keys dispensed.
Lofts East at Waikoloa vertical building is 80% complete with occupancy scheduled October 2023.
All permits are in hand for Lofts West at Waikoloa and vertical construction has begun.
Lofts South at Waikoloa vertical plans have been submitted to the County of Hawaii.
