Building C (Goodwill Hawaii, Black Lava Vape and Sushi HI & L&L ) Goodwill’s tenant improvement are under way, and 85% complete. Black Lava Vape is permitted and tenant improvements have begun. Building E is energized and Island Holistic, and Meridian Pacific Office, have passed final inspections and Certificate of Occupancy has been issued. BodyPro opened on October 31st and are now seeing clients. Domino’s Pizza permit was issued and picked up in the beginning of May & tenant improvements have begun. Kingu Yakiniku permit has been issued and tenant improvements havebegun. Rocko’s tenant improvements are in full swing. Keo Siam’s permit has been issued and the tenant improvements have begun. In 1925, a group of independent auto parts sellers met in Detroit to form the National Automotive Parts Association. Greg Arcibal grew up in Waimanalo, Hawaii. After graduating from Kailua High School, he was given a football scholarship to Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas. That is where he met his wife, Linda and they were married right after graduating from college. They moved to California and lived there for 19 years. During that time Greg worked for Houlihan’s, Pyramid Brewery, and Red Robin. They then moved to Denver, Colorado where Greg worked for The Elephant Bar and The Egg & I restaurants. Later they moved to Austin, Texas where Greg was the District Operator for the First Watch Restaurant. They moved back to the Island in 2017. Greg and Linda have 3 children: Erica, Jordan, and April, a son in law, Austin, a daughter in law Aleia and a Border Collie named Tsuga. We have locations at Puna Kai Shopping Center in Pahoa, Hawaii and Hilo Hawaii. New location at Waikoloa Plaza will be coming soon!

"The Popeyes story began in New Orleans back in 1972, when Al Copeland opened a quick-service restaurant called “Chicken on the Run,” selling traditional mild fried chicken to the downtown lunch crowd. But business was slow, and Copeland realized that he’d have to develop a spicier alternative to his standard chicken recipe if he wanted to impress flavor-seeking New Orleanians.

Experimenting with the flavorful Cajun recipes he’d been enjoying all his life, Copeland developed a new menu, reopened his restaurant – now called “Popeyes”- and soon had customers lining up around the block for his spicy New Orleans-style fried chicken."
