1000 Mile Walk

Tickets are £6 (£5 concessions).

My name is Laura Tarbuck and I am doing a sponsored walk for the National Autistic society. I set out on Jan 1st this year to walk 1000 miles in a year to raise funds for the NAS. I was inspired to do this as I have a 21-year-old son, Jordan Tarbuck, who is severely Autistic.

Curtain up 7.30 pm. Fantastically funny comedy well worth a look. Come and support your local drama group.

I wanted to raise awareness of the condition and also support the NAS who offer vital support for families like ours who are affected by Autism.

Call 01543 371103 or 07412 545673 for tickets.

Bushbury Tigers Manager Christopher Elcock, Assistant Manager Lee Frost and Head Coach, Jason Tonks would like to congratulate Bushbury Tigers for all their hard work through the year of training they've been through and to wish them all the best for the new season. Also, special thanks to their families for their help and support.

The NAS have a website and helplines offering a wealth of information and support, including peer to peer support where you can talk to other families going through the same thing. Those wishing to sponsor me can do so at justgiving.com and typing in my name Laura Tarbuck. Here you can donate by either paypal or credit card and donations are accepted from £2.00. You can also donate by texting BDFC87 followed by any amount to 70070. For example, to donate £5 text BDFC87£5 You can follow my progress on my facebook page https://www.facebook.com/laura.tarbuck.71 where I post details of my walk using a walking app every day.
