I am an experienced graphic designer working on Apple Mac Systems, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, Word, Acrobat, Quark X-Press, Freehand and Adobe In-design. I am able to work as part of a team but have the confidence to work as an individual and use my initiative to motivate myself. I maintain a professional attitude at all times when working under pressure, and understand the importance of meeting deadlines. I have been working as a freelance graphic designer since leaving i2i Europe in April 2009.

Designing magazines, creating adverts, leaflets, brouchures, logo designs, clothing and merchandise designs. I created and helped run Live Life Local Magazine in the Aldridge area, which had a print run of 10,000 magazines monthly. I also co-ordinated delivery and liased with clients. In addition to this I created magazines for the following clients; The Staffordshire Magazine, Locally Yours , Wednesfield Magazine, Willenhall Magazine, Bilston Magazine, Wolverhampton City Life, Darlaston & Wednsbury Magazine, Junction, RG10 Magazine and Inside72. I started my job in 2006 at i2i Europe Ltd. They are a packaging retailer that provides artwork packaging for major companies such as Asda, Tesco, Wilkinsons and Home Retail Group. My role included creating primary packaging artwork, RRP and Point of sale. I started as an Artworker and within the first year I was promoted to Senior Artworker. My duties as a Senior Artworker included running large ranges for the Asda account, setting up and the day to day running of Excel spreadsheets, data merge creation, photo traces and problem solving. Supervising a team of artworkers, checking guidelines and creating artworks.
