Launched on February 15, the twice-weekly service (Wednesdays and Saturdays) marks the island’s first-ever international route. It’s a game-changing connection that’s already sparking new interest and reshaping the real estate conversation.
Locally known as “The Big South,” South Caicos has long been the fishing capital of Turks and Caicos. For years, it’s been the quiet one. But with direct access now in place, it’s stepping into the spotlight, and savvy buyers are paying attention.
