Dear Mrs Shelley, We are students from "La Rosaleda" school. Our names are: Francis, Maria and Judith, and we are writing to you because in the English class we have read your book, Frankenstein. A very good and interesting book but we believe it has a very sad ending and that’s why we would like to propose another one to you. We hope you like it. “When Victor was inspecting the hotel, he heard a loud scream, coming from Elizabeth’s room, then he went back quickly to the room. He saw the monster from the open window, he fired at him and he injured him but this one managed to escape into the forest. At the noise of the gun, everybody entered into the room and they started to follow him. The forest was a very dangerous place because it was very dark and there were many animals. It was one o’clock in the morning, it was raining and it was cold. In the distance, Victor saw the monster. He was on the top of the mountain but Victor could not catch him because the mountain was very high, so they had to go round the forest in order to get hold of him. When they came to the monster two hours later , they could see that the he was crying and he was dying. When the monster saw them he said that he wanted to talk to Victor.

So the monster began to say: -Monster: Before I die I would like to tell you that I'm sorry for all the harm that I have done to you. -Victor: I will never be able to forget all the pain that I have felt for my family's death. -Monster: I know that I was wrong. The people were bad to me and they hurt me, so I defended myself. -Victor: I can understand you because it is very hard but the harm is done and I won’t never see my family again and before, you were in my bedroom and you wanted to kill my wife. -Monster: No! I was just looking for you to talk to you and be your friend, but it’s too late because I’ m dying. After a few minutes , the monster died. And finally Victor decided to forgive him because he had created him and the monster was not really bad. Some years later Victor and Elisabeth had three children, they moved to Spain and they were very happy.
