Sends a survey invitation automatically to ALL patients, post appointment, regardless of their method of booking: • This timing can be customised e.g. 24 hours post appointment, 48 hours post appointment • Delivered by email, can be delivered by SMS at an additional cost • We can apply logic to the sending e.g. send via email if valid email, send via SMS if no valid email Additional features: • Ability to block send to repeat patients, configured by number of days. E.g. if you select 180 days, then your patient will receive one survey and then will not receive another survey within that 180-day period even if they have multiple appointments within that time frame • Low NPS notification emails are sent to the practice • The survey will include your practice logo and practice details • The side panel image in the survey can be customised by the practice Reporting includes: • NPS overall as well as per practitioner • Report on each question as well as how it trends over time • All comments • All response data • Delivered to the practice every 7 days
